  • YS100 Carrot & Orange mixed juice – 100ml
  • YS100 Carrot & Grape mixed juice – 100ml
  • YS100 Carrot & Mango mixed juice – 100ml
  • Muffin mix – 300g
  • Coconut milk – 150g
  • Egg – 3
  • Butter
  • Sliced fruits
  • Cream
  • Honey

  1. Combine 50g coconut milk and Kagome YS100 Carrot & Orange mixed juice in a bowl and stir to combine well.
  2. Add 1 egg into the bowl and mix well.
  3. Mix the muffin mix with the wet ingredients. Whisk until just moistened.
  4. Repeat the above steps to make the veggie batter by using Kagome YS100 Carrot & Grape mixed juice and Kagome YS100 Carrot & Mango mixed juice respectively.
  5. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a low heat and add a knob of butter.
  6. For each pancake, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter onto frying pan. Cook until surface of pancakes have some bubbles and a few have burst, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip it over and cook for another 1 minute until both sides are golden brown.
