  • YS100 Carrot & Orange mixed juice – 60ml
  • YS100 Carrot & Grape mixed juice – 60ml
  • YS100 Carrot & Mango mixed juice – 60ml
  • Gelatin powder – 30g
  • Egg whites – 3
  • Lemon juice – 3 tablespoons
  • Suage – 150g & 3 tablespoons
  • Corn starch

  1. Combine 10g gelatin powder and Kagome YS100 Carrot & Orange mixed juice in a bowl and stir to combine well.
  2. Put the batter in a microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
  3. Whisk the egg whites until frothy.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the egg whites and then whisk.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the egg whites and mix well.
  6. Pour 50g of sugar into the egg whites and continue to whisk.
  7. Pour over the warm YS100 Carrot & Orange mixed juice with 10g of gelatin powder, whisking continuously.
  8. Pour the mixture into a container with baking paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
  9. Repeat the above steps to make the mixture by using Kagome YS100 Carrot & Grape mixed juice and Kagome YS100 Carrot & Mango mixed juice respectively.
  10. Take the marshmallows from refrigerator and cut marshmallows into square.
  11. Toss the marshmallows in corn starch. Ready to serve.

Tips

  • Combine gelatin powder and hot water in a bowl. Stir until the gelatine dissolves and pour it into the egg whites.
