  • Nissin Demae noodle – 1 pack
  • Water – 720ml
  • Shimeji mushroom – 1 cup
  • Carrot – ½
  • Tomato – 1
  • Chinese cabbage – ½
  • Welsh onion – 1
  • Bonito dashi powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Pork – 100g
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 100g

  1. Add Kagome 100% Tomato juice, water and bonito dashi powder into a pot. Bring to a boil.
  2. Put the chopped vegetables and pork into the pot. Simmer the pork until half-cooked. Then, add the Nissin Demae noodle and cook until the noodles have softened. Garnish with shredded mozzarella cheese before serving.
